General Information

We craft our chocolates using only the finest 100% natural ingredients.

Passionelle chocolates do not contain any cocoa substitutes or genetically modified organisms. We only use 100% natural cocoa butter without using any hydrogenated or non hydrogenated palm oils nor any substitutes, equivalents or preservatives in our chocolates. We believe in offering natural products for premium quality, taste as well as avoiding any harmful health effects from chemicals or unhealthy fats from substitutes that are common.

  • Studies show that natural chocolate contains ‘flavanols’, which are good for the heart and blood circulation, that decrease the risk of strokes and high cholesterol levels.
  • Natural cocoa butter, which is present in all of our chocolate, is great for your skin.
  • Research shows that chocolate are great for expecting mothers.
  • Cocoa naturally helps boost your mood and activity.
  • It is moderate source of caffeine & antioxidants.
  • They are rich in minerals and have a high energy content to keep you energized throughout your day.
  • Our roasted cocoa beans are rich in ‘beta-ionone’, also found in essential oils, that contribute to the alluring and relaxing aroma of chocolate.

At a temperature between 18 and 22 degrees Celsius, away from direct heat, sunlight and strong odors and humidity levels below 50%.

The allergens that may exist in our products are: Milk, Soy Lecithin, Nuts (Hazelnuts, Pistachios, Walnuts, Almonds), Gluten from barley and wheat & Eggs (in Nougat products).

All our chocolate products are made with pure 100% natural cocoa mass, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, and vanillin.

Once orders are placed, they cannot be changed or modified. This is because of our prompt order processing procedure.

At Passionelle client-satisfaction is of paramount priority. In very rare instances, the ordered item might not be available or a Force Majeure which is out of our control occurs which delays the delivery (and hence we are not liable). If the item is not available, then you will be contacted and informed promptly so you can select another item or reschedule shipment if you so wish.

From 50 EGP to 200 EGP depending on delivery destination.

Once your payment procedure is completed, you will receive a payment confirmation message. In the event a payment was rejected, then our team will contact you to help.

We do not share your account info with any party. They are saved in our customer database to help us offer you a better service next time you wish to order. You can edit or delete your details at any time in the ’My Account’ section.

We care about client satisfaction but given the perishable nature of our product, we have a strict no return or exchange policy.

Packages are sent from one of our distribution centers, the closest to the delivery destination.

We ship our chocolates in our temperature-controlled vehicles.

We assure you that our online payment system is safe and secure. We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. The information you provide is automatically encrypted and cannot be read while transmitted over the net.

We also only offer Cash on Delivery.

Soon, Online payment can be made using Visa and Mastercard. The payment will be debited from your credit card once the order is placed.

You can register your credit card details for faster shopping. We will not have access to your credit cards details (except for the last four digits to help you to recognize which credit card is used). You can always delete your credit card details.
